Is pricing per user or per organisation?
Per organisation, with generous user limits per plan. We'd rather your whole team is on the platform than have you ration seats — that's how the data stays complete.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Yes. Growth onboarding includes guided imports for inventory, leads and bookings; Enterprise includes a dedicated migration of your full history — including ledgers.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
Upgrades apply immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Your data, configuration and portals carry over untouched — it's the same platform underneath.
Is our data separated from other companies?
